The Industrial Analysis and Materials Engineering Laboratory was created in April 2001. It is located on the central campus of the University of Guelma, including 31 permanent research professors, 05 part-time researchers and 32 doctoral students. The aim of this laboratory is to contribute to the development of research in the fields of industrial chemistry and materials.
The laboratory develops its activities around the following research axes:
- Chemical Engineering
- Analysis of chromatographic, spectrochemical and organic materials
- Electrochemistry and corrosion
- Surface, interfaces and nanostructures
- Enzymatic and non-enzymatic sensors
- Metallic materials: Energy and environment.
